June 23, 2014: Meeting with Professor Ikujiro Nonaka
June 23, 2014: Professor Ikujiro Nonaka has visited Chicago, and I had an opportunity to participate in a breakfast meeting seminar surrounding him. He is a very famous Organizational Theorist and Professor Emeritus at the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy of Hitotsubashi University, and his lecture regarding "The Wise Leader" was very stimulating for me to improve my management style toward the establishment of Innovative Learning Organization.
