Aug. 10, 2014: I believe it is indispensable especially for a middle manager to have cross functional communication and close human interactions toward the effective achievement of the targeted goal for each working place. A lot of management forums are therefore being designed under the concept of “Learning Organization” and held for our middle managers at each region of NTN Americas. It is always a great opportunity for me to join such forums as much as possible and exchange views with our middle managers and understand how they are dealing with the contradictions between the ideal and the reality. We will continue trainings based on real world experiences to realize “Middle Up Down Management” for the ever higher level of our organizational performance.
