June 24, 2023: Annual General Meeting 2023 for “Waseda University IE Alumni Club of Kansai, Japan”: At this meeting, I wore the nostalgic polo shirt of "Waseda Alumni Club of Chicago, USA” under my suit jacket. After the accounting report, we enjoyed a pleasant chat while eating delicious food.

April 3, 2024: After about 3 months of practice, I gradually got used to the difference between karate and kickboxing. It's always exciting to learn something new. https://tedsogo1996.blogspot.com/2024/04/april-3-2024-kickboxing-practice.html?m=1 < April 10, 2024 > < 1978-1982: Kenseikan Karate > My middle kick form is similar to former K1 champion "Masato" and does not rotate the body axis much, as shown below. I feel that moving the center of gravity forward quickly rather than making a large rotation of the body allows for a sharper and stronger kick!!
