February 15, 2024: Had the pleasure of attending a luncheon meeting in Osaka with Mr. Paul F. Roland, Director of the State of Indiana Japan Office. Over delicious Teppanyaki, we engaged in enriching discussions spanning Japanese and American management philosophies, leadership dynamics, talent acquisition strategies, and training methodologies. I look forward to further development of the many Japanese companies operating in Indiana. https://tedsogo1996.blogspot.com/2024/02/february-15-2024-luncheon-meeting-in.html?m=1 By coincidence, my daughter and I visited this teppanyaki restaurant "Naniwa" in Nakanoshima four years ago. It was as delicious as ever! While stationed in the United States from 2011 to 2018, I had great interactions with the wonderful people of Indiana.

He and I have been friends since our Waseda University days, when he was practicing Iai-Do and I was practicing Karate-Do. I believe that he will continue to demonstrate leadership based on the Bushido spirit. https://tedsogo1996.blogspot.com/2023/12/december-8-2023-courtesy-visit-to-mr.html?m=1 < 42 years ago >
