Jan. 15, 2015: Had a periodical long drive to have a meeting with our management team at Columbus, Indiana. We need a lot of face to face communication to maximize the total power of over 2,000 employees here toward the relentless pursuit for excellence.

March 13, 2025: Received a letter from Northwestern University, and when I opened it, I found the attached handwritten congratulatory note inside. I was deeply impressed and surprised by how well they keep track of their alumni's achievements despite having so many graduates. I believe the Northwestern Alumni Association (NAA) is an organization with a highly specialized and strong network. I am very happy that NAA in the U.S. found a press release about me in Japan!! Northwestern University fosters a positive learning environment characterized by a strong sense of cooperation and mutual support among students. The university's athletic teams are called the "Wildcats," a nickname chosen to symbolize their fighting spirit.
