May 16, 2024: Participating in “Kenseikan“ Karate practice for the first time in 40 years, and staying overnight at “Wakei Juku”

May 16, 2024: Stayed at "Wakei Juku (和敬塾)," a university dormitory in Tokyo. In the evening, I participated in “Kenseikan (拳誠館)” karate practice at the dojo here for the first time in about 40 years. Although I couldn't move as well as I used to and was exhausted, I was very happy to reunite with so many old friends. I enjoyed drinking until late at a social gathering with friends from Kenseikan, and the next morning, I had breakfast at Wakei Juku. May 18, 2024: The reunion of 1982 graduates from Wakei Juku West Dormitory was held in Roppongi, Tokyo.

June 8, 2024: Attended the Kellogg Alumni Club of Japan's tour of the Asahi Beer Museum, followed by dinner in Kita-Shinchi, Osaka. I had a wonderful time with the nostalgic Kellogg alumni! The club aims to foster connections among alumni in Japan and enhance the presence of the Kellogg School of Management in the Japanese business community.
