I would like to inform you that I am retiring from NTN Corporation as of March 2023 after 41 years of service. 

I really feel that my experience here at NTN has been always both challenging and rewarding.

Especially as CEO of NTN Americas and then CFO of NTN  Corporation, I focused on the establishment of a Global Learning Organization under autonomous FP&A functions toward the Value Creation together with growth minded leaders in total NTN group.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for the support and encouragement you have provided me during my time at NTN over the past 41 years.

Mr. Masaaki Yamamoto will assume a position of CFO, and I look forward to your continued support with the same kindness and friendship to him.

May 16, 2024: Participating in “Kenseikan“ Karate practice for the first time in 40 years, and staying overnight at “Wakei Juku”

May 16, 2024: Stayed at "Wakei Juku (和敬塾)," a university dormitory in Tokyo. In the evening, I participated in “Kenseikan (拳誠館)” karate practice at the dojo here for the first time in about 40 years. Although I couldn't move as well as I used to and was exhausted, I was very happy to reunite with so many old friends. It was incredibly nostalgic. https://tedsogo1996.blogspot.com/2024/05/may-16-2024-stayed-at-wakei-juku.html?m=1 Since this is an old student dormitory, the washroom is shared, which brought back fond memories of my student days. I enjoyed drinking until late at a social gathering with friends from Kenseikan, and the next morning, I had breakfast at Wakei Juku. May 18, 2024: The reunion of 1982 graduates from Wakei Juku West Dormitory was held in Roppongi, Tokyo.

June 8, 2024: Kellogg Alumni Club of Japan's tour of the Asahi Beer Museum, followed by dinner in Kita-Shinchi, Osaka

June 8, 2024: Attended the Kellogg Alumni Club of Japan's tour of the Asahi Beer Museum, followed by dinner in Kita-Shinchi, Osaka. I had a wonderful time with the nostalgic Kellogg alumni! The club aims to foster connections among alumni in Japan and enhance the presence of the Kellogg School of Management in the Japanese business community.
