May 7, 2026: Management lecture to graduate students in the Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at my alma mater, Waseda University

May 7, 2026: This year marked my third year serving as a part-time lecturer, delivering a management lecture to graduate students in the Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering at my alma mater, Waseda University. I also had the pleasure of taking a photo with Professor Shunichi Ohmori, a young and highly promising leader who will help shape the future of this field at Waseda.







It is always a privilege and a truly rewarding experience to engage with the next generation of leaders.









When I was CEO of NTN Americas, Professor Ohmori guided Waseda’s summer interns each year in conducting research and productivity analysis at our major manufacturing plants in Illinois and Indiana.
